Vmotion is a great selling feature of virtualization to win over nay-sayers :-)
However, once I get a quote I'll probably find out I cannot afford it anyway.
It does sound like a fun thing to have, but for most of the things where you'd want it, you really need a load-balanced farm that can tolerate a single machine being down for a while anyway.
