Has any repo - epel, maybe, built the messaging client pidgin for CentOS 7? My manager's been trying empathy, and tells me it's very much not ready for prime time.....

I'm not sure which repo I pulled it from, but I got it for c6.5

or on digging some more it looks as if it comes from 'updates', as near as I can tell.
He's talking about EL7 in which pidgin was left out - quite retardedly as libpurple is in fact included. Because Empathy ... Very enterprise focused, no doubt.
