I followed this and installed 4.4 on ESX 2.5.4 without a hitch. Any pitfalls I shall be aware of before I try yup update?

All,
I am sorry for flooding, running headless since last weekend.. I meant I followed this article:
http://www.vmware.com/support/esx2/doc/esx2-rhel4u4-dd-rpm.html
and installed the Centos 4.4 on VMWare ESX 2.5.4 without a hitch.
Any gotchas before I move on and try to run 'yum update' please? TIA
