Is there any work around to get googletalk working on CentOS 6.6?

That rpm came from Google. That's what you get when you click the Fedora, and derivatives, link on their download page.

That rpm came from Google. That's what you get when you click the Fedora, and derivatives, link on their download page.
then you'll need to ask them to support RHEL 6, and it should work on centos 6
