I can only find the Centos stream 9 kernel rpm package from kernel-5.14.0-479.el9.x86_64.rpm to kernel-5.14.0-503.el9.x86_64.rpm, which were created in two months period? Where is the kernel which is older, such as 5.14.0-419.el9.x86_64, 5.14.0-457.el9.x86_64. Do we have a archive site or something like centos-vault to find the old centos 9 stream rpm packages? Thank you.

There's no archive repo for this, but you can find all the kernels ever built in the buildsystem.
