Does someone know a distribution/operating system, that rather uses the GPU for "working", not the CPU? [by default]

That is not possible (for reasonable values of possible...). No such operating system exists today.

Still in the beginning part, but you can get libraries from NVidia that will let you write applications that run on the GPU. Look for the CUDA Toolkit on the NVidia site.
