I stand to "inherit" some of these motherboards from another project. They seem like a nice dual socket 940 board that also supports dual core opterons, but I don't have any personal experience with them. Anyone using them in production w/CentOS 4.2?
Best regards,

So far no issue with mine - they all work as described. The only issue I had was that the GigE performance was much lower than with an Intel PCI-X card ... There are reports that newer drivers fixed that issue but I haven't tried that since I don't like to mess with running systems.

My initial snooping confirms an issue with gigE unless you upgrade to bleeding edge drivers which seem to be scheduled for release in 2.6.16. I'm planning to use them as a workhorse with "multilane" 3ware cards and external tanks of lots of 500gig SATA drives.
Cheers,
