I am not a lawyer, but I try to be a good open source user / contributor. And here is my take on that situation :

bugzilla@redhat.com ( or someone there ) *did* modify that stuff, we didnt ( if we did the package name would have a .c4 or .centos in there ) - so its attribution. They did the work, they should get credit for it.

However, if that infringes upon RH's own branding policy or AUP, then we will change it, but otherwise - I'd rather not.

But then again, I am not a laywer.
