I installed audacity 1.3.2 on CentOS 5.0 x86_64 by rebuilding from the FC6 src.rpm.
To get it to build, it was necessary to change:
BuildRequires: wxGTK2-devel to BuildRequires: wxGTK-devel
in the .spec file.

Can you please supply additional information as I too am having problems and cannot load anything from 1.2.3 upwards directly due to unresolved references. It seems each site has a different release with a different set of un resolved packages

Err sorry, haven't tried it on Centos5, which is why I said "should". Won't be trying Centos5 until the dust has settled - probably 6 months away. However, I have installed the 1.3 beta with no dramas on Centos4, and the latest non-beta on FC6.
