What is the best recovery disk out there?

Now when the server reboots after the bios info I get the following when the OS starts to initialize:

GRUB

And it hangs there.

How do I clear this? FIx this?

What is the best recovery disk out there?

For an all purpose recovery disk, I use Knoppix. To fix grub/booting problems, I use Super Grub Disk.
