Sure. All the old stuff is stored in the vault. http://vault.centos.org/4.2/updates/

Most mirrors would probably have a 4.2 and 4.1 tree too if you look up a level. For example:

http://www.mirrorservice.org/sites/mirror.centos.org/

Has 4.0, 4.1 etc.
