Hi Ignacio,
I'm running Centos 4.2 on some machines and just wonder which is the correct procedure to build one of your packages i've fonund in the fedora.ivazquez.net for FC4 but for CentOs for kernel-modules:
http://fedora.ivazquez.net/yum/4/i386/SRPMS.ivazquez/kernel-module-qc-usb-0.... http://fedora.ivazquez.net/yum/3/i386/SRPMS.ivazquez/kernel-module-qc-usb-0....
I've tried unsuccesfully (following dag's Faq for rebuilding against the current kernel):
# rpmbuild --rebuild --define 'kernel $(uname -r)' --target $(uname -m)\ kernel-module-qc-usb-0.6.3-0.iva.1.src.rpm
TIA
JJ

1) My standards and Dag's standards are different. See the beginning of the spec file for details. Quick summary: If you're building for the running kernel then you don't need to provide any defines, just a target.
2) You might want to try the SRPM I've built for CentOS instead.

Thx a lot Ignacio
Cheers
JJ
