I change the monitor to LG LCD
but x window couldn't start because of the "out of range" signal in the monitor
How can I fix this problem

do u have any command to let the system to detect the monitor?

If there arescan ranges (Horiz/Vert) defined in the monitor section of /etc/X11/xorg.conf, remove them. The video card should detect and pass along the correct scan ranges. If they are explicitly defined, X will assume you know what you are doing. It's very likely your old monitor supports higher scan ranges than the new LCD.
Otherwise, pull out your manual for your LG monitor and put in the correct scan ranges in the Monitor section.
