I am trying to run Excel 2000 with wine-0.9.37. I need excel for some graphics that look terrible in OO.
If I run: $ wine excel.exe I get: wine: could not load L"c:\windows\system32\excel.exe": Module not found
If I run: $wine .wine/drive_c/Program\ Files/Microsoft\ Office/Office/excel.exe Nothing happen, only the wineserver shows up in the system monitor.
I have googled around and can't find anything about it.
Any suggestion?

Just curious, are you running "kernel-xen"? I was and Crossover (based on wine) wouldn't run until I rebooted with the generic "kernel" (non-xen).
