Hi,
I am running CentOS Linux release 7.7.1908 (Core). Does CentOS Linux kernel 3.10.0-1062.1.1.el7.x86_64 support kernel updates without rebooting (Live Patching)?
I look forward to hearing from you and thanks in advance.
Best Regards,
Kaushal

this was just discussed in length on this list a few days ago. See the thread starting here, https://lists.centos.org/pipermail/centos/2019-October/173703.html
the short answer is, no. and even the paid distributions that do support live patching, its pretty iffy.
