What's the difference between Linux-HA and the RedHat Cluster suite. Is the RH Suite just a packaged version of the freeware Linux-HA?

LinuxHA and the rhcs+gfs setup's are very different - even in the scope and the target audience, I suggest you start by reading up on them a bit.
