Just a quick note. It appears as though the latest update announcements have the wrong location to the updates (at least from my browser anyway). The correct location should be:-

http://mirror.centos.org/centos-3/3.3/

This is available at http://mirror.centos.org/3.3/ and should be on all mirrors within a few hours.

To update to the latest version 'yum update gaim' should be sufficient.
