if not, is it being made or in process to be constructed/made ?

The link you provide talks about which RHEL version centos is most like. It mentions nothing of a server install iso.
To actually answer the question, yes it's being worked on. The last word I've heard on the matter was that there was an issue getting the anaconda gui install to play nice. Once the kinks have been worked out, it will be posted for public consumption.

actually, YES i do have a aversion to actually "looking" at many a website under many circumstances... i try to go directly for the solution(s) to the "need".
YET i do frequently check the mirrors and i cannot find such a beast in regards to CentOS 4.1 :-)
i have been around long enough with CentOS that i was there when 3.X had such a beast and i am now in a position where i think it is best to see that in 4.X
right now i am really into the CentOS DVD and desire the CentOS "Server" CD.
i am not sure what the link you sent is in regards to??? sorry... doesn't compute.
who is actually in process on making the Server CD now? :) thanks!

Karanbir Singh (z00dax) and I are building a Single server CD for CentOS-4 ... and as Jim Perrin said, we have nailed down the packages and the text install works, we are working to get the GUI anaconda install working now.
