What does CentOS use for general package management? SuSE has YaST, Ubuntu has Synaptic, what does CentOS use? I've got CentOS running on a test server, but the documentation is pretty thin on where to begin. If there a central area for these sorts of programs or naming convention?

See http://www.centos.org/docs/4/ - look for the two links to yum documentation.
