Hello, is anybody using DBMail or any other approach to manage huge volume mail installations? Comments about it? Are RPMs somewhere out there?

Cyrus-IMAPd - shipped with CentOS 4 - runs in large environments (many, many users and much mail storage) stable and reliable.
