You can use hwclock for a number of hardware clock related actions. In this case hwclock --hctosys or hwclock --systohc depending on the direction. man hwclock for all sorts of fun and excitement related to your clock.

IIRC, hwclock. Do a man on that for options. There are many. Also, you can start up ntp afterwards to keep in sync if you have net access.
