We have DELL R900 with CENTOS 5.5 installed. Recently I found /var/log/messages have following error come out. I used DELL OPMN check hardware but NO error.

anyone know what wrong?

'ctxhx' segfaulted. I don't think this is a problem with the Linux kernel.
