Checking my daily logwatch file, I see the following kernel error:
--------------------- Kernel Begin ------------------------
WARNING: Kernel Errors Present end_request: I/O error, dev fd0, sector ...: 1 Time(s)
---------------------- Kernel End -------------------------
The thing is I have not used a floppy disk for weeks.
Any ideas what's happening please?
Kind Regards,
Keith Roberts

Is there any mention of a floppy in output of "mount"?
