Hello. Does anyone know why # CONFIG_FB_VESA is not set in kernel config?
I find very useful having a large text console on servers (exp. without X running!). Now my setting vga=0x345 in grub.conf does not work anymore... Thanks!

Please add to that bug and don't open a new one!
The included bugs are just things I added there so they are all in one place.
Thanks,

This is an upstream bug/oversight in the kernel build that was inherited in c5. I submitted a bug about this a while back as it's a feature I use as well. See -> https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=216528
This option is slated to be added back into the kernel for 5.1.
