Hello,
Maybe I'm going to ask something stupid : is-it possible to update Centos with RPMS from RedHat update?

No ... at least not and still maintain it as CentOS. RedHat does not provide, for free, RPM updates for their Enterprise products.
CentOS is a redistribution of the RedHat SRPMS, rebuilt following RedHat's rules concerning trademark and logo policy. If you were able to get RedHat updates (which you aren't allowed to get without a subscription), you might violate their trademark / logo policy by adding items that were removed from CentOS.
