There are not any other patches except the new config files.

And I am also moving back to the main mirrors as well.

One (very) minor issue, the changelog entry for 2.6.9-34.106.unsupported has:

-added centos4-unsupported-linux-2.6.9-reiserfs.patch

which it doesn't (as it's no longer required for 2.6.9-34).
