Who would one submit a centos logo to for upcoming artwork?
Also, is there an existing place to download vector versions of the existing logo?

We have already frozen all work on 5.0 - but we still actively encourage people to get involved with the ArtWork, we will have many future releases and we might even do mid release updates on artwork.

You can find the SVG files for the artwork in the "complete sets" (which are added at the bottom of the page)
