Hey, after some time not touching any selinux config, I wonder about the bin format of selinux modules.

Theoretically question: When I compile some selinux modules on my workstation (el8). Are these modules (forward/backward) compatible for usage on other EL major releases?

EL8 mod --deploy2--> EL6, EL7, EL9
