Trying to run "dnf -y upgrade" on a CentOS9 Stream system. It fails with this message:

I did "dnf clean all" and ran again. No change.
Is this just one package that is failing? If so, what package is it? I will add "--exclude=" to block it.
Or is it something systemic?
