Is it already installed? rpm -q lilo to verify. Lilo is part of the base repository for 4.2, and should be version 21.4.4-26.1
rpm -q lilo gives me
package lilo is not installed
I was able to download it from RPMS/lilo.... from a miror and install it.
I just thought "up2dte lilo*" would go grab it for me.
