not as yet, the SCL Sig guys are working through the initial bootstrap, and should have it done soon - I would recommend dropping into the next SCL SIG meeting ( they are held on IRC in #centos-devel on irc.freenode.net at 16:00 UTC on alternate Wednesdays ). https://www.centos.org/community/calendar/#Software_Collections_SIG_Sync-up
