The permissions are apparently set incorrectly on the vnc SRPM in the FastTrack repo on mirror; I get "permission denied" when I try to mirror it.

Hmm ... that was strange
some how the permissions were set to 630
It has been corrected on the main server and should sync out correctly now, so give it a couple hours and all should be good.
