Simen, Out of curiosity, that USB Hub you mentioned....is it a "powered" hub? Have you attempted to directly connect the external USB HDD? Thanks.

It is a powered hub.

I've restarted my torrent twice, and seen two rather quick failures (twice in a day), so this is a repeatable problem.

I've now hooked the disk up on one of the root-ports and will be restarting the download against it.

Still - there /should/ not be a problem running over a hub, powered or otherwise. Right?
