Running right now. rpm install, windows xp guest.

1. Install kernel-devel and then create a symbolic link along the lines of:

ln -s /usr/src/kernels/2.6.18-8.1.1.el5-i686 /usr/src/linux

2. Install the vmware rpm

3. Run vmware-config.pl
