Somebody knows what´s going wrong? tia!

What version of yum do you have? You may want/need to manually download and install the most recent yum and yum config packages and install them (rpm -iv packagename) to update the configuration?
Can you get that file from that box in general, e.g. from wget or curl or a browser?
