yes, iptables uid matching and tc will do this. but its kinda ugly to setup.

Please, Forward to me some basic instructions on how to do or specify the policy. I mean which service or protocol should be assigned to my iptables and how? would i need to create some groups or use mac address of a user pc? thanks, rgds! Damas
