CUPS for KDE, my printer does not work properly, it don't print all pages, misses connection with usb, etc.
When I installed and configured in GNOME every thing seemed to be fine. When entering KDE it automatically adds two printers and generally brings the printer out of work.
I have figured out that I am missing this support according to this link: http://www.linuxprinting.org/kpfeifle/LinuxKongress2002/Tutorial/VII.cups-he...
Is this correct? And where can i find this package including those files?

I can assure you that kdelibs from RedHat has been built with CUPS support for 5+ years now.

I am running CentOS 4.1 - HP Laserjet 3330 MFP
Ok, but what may be the problem, cups crashes. I mounted the printer on Mandrake and it works fine from both centos and xp.

A little more detail would be good. Set LogLevel to debug2, restart cups and see what kind of error messages you get.
