May want to check out the new Fedora-Extras-based EPEL repo. There will be overlap with KBS repos (in fact they cite karan.org as an example of rebuilding Fedora Extras packages for EL4), RPMforge, etc. so be wary as of any other 3rd party repo. The Wiki page says "The EPEL repository is not yet publicly available -- we are in the process of creation and initial testing phase."; however, it is live.
If you are using the C5 Beta, hard-code $releasever as 5 below.
