I can see, that theres a program that keeps sending packets on port 25:

It's something connecting to the SMTP service on your system. The clue is DPT=25. Possibly some kind of filter.

Looks like mail traffic -- check /var/log/maillog and see what's being recorded there and who the recipient is. My guess is that it's a local recipient and you'll be able check out the local mail files on that system to see what the content is and determine from that which process is sending out the messages.

You can check up the process number using netstat's output. These packets come from an established TCP connection between your SMTP server (DST=127.0.0.1, DPT=25) and a local process (SRC=127.0.0.1, SPT=37263) having source port = 37263. Something like "netstat -ntp | grep 37263" should do.
