Failing that can anyone recommend an automatic email receiving and routing package that is not to difficult to setup?
http://otrs.org/ It just works. I have used it for several years. Much better control than usual e-mail routing.
RPM install.

Hi Håvard:
Thank you for your recommendation. I have heard of that package but it is always good to get recommendations from someone who is actually using the software.

RT (http://bestpractical.com/rt)is very good also if what you want is a trouble ticket system. It doesn't have an automatic change of notifications for different times of day but you could probably add it to the event scripts if you wanted. We just let the notifications go to everyone so they stay up to speed but the right people know who should be responding at any time.

Thanks, I will have a look at that one as well.
