My file system shares work perfectly. I can see the printers listed on the Win XP client. I can install the printers on the XP machine but I can't print to them. When I double click on the printer icon I get the usual printer manager but on the top bar it states that access is denied. I've tried everything I can think of and everything that I've read on the Internet over the last month but still no joy. I even disabled SElinux. The only thing I see is "Address already in use" error in the log.smbd file.
Does anyone see anything in my configuration that doesn't look just right to you? Is there anything else that you need to see?

Thank you all for your help with this issue. The problem was solved by the addition of:
use client driver = yes
to the [printers] section of the smb.conf file and a service smb restart.
