Off hand I'd guess that the easiest way would be via comma separated export from access. then import that into mysql via a structure you created there to match the access junk.

Depending on the version of Access database files you are trying to read, the MDB Tools project might be of interest. See http://mdbtools.sourceforge.net/ for more information.
