what have you done on your system? how is your network started (NM, netwoerk.service)

Through network.service

Because I had trouble with the NetworkManager I've switched back to "normal" network management.

that was fixed long before RHEL7 GA even if it took many months after first appear in Fedora 20

Seems back again. I just wondering how such easy things can be so hard so solve.
