I have looked on the web however I can't see if I can get the messages sent to me in one daily email rather than immediately.
At time I would like to choose that option if I am very busy.

If you log in, you can change the setting, to the daily "Digest" mode and you will only get one email a day from the mailing list.

Yes I have now done that so all is cool.
I looked at that page before but didn't see the extra words to 'edit', only saw unsubscribe which I don't wish to do.
Must be the age!!
