If it is not supported by Red Hat it has a slim if any chance of being supported by CentOS.

I think you have misunderstood - it is about Oscar supporting CentOS - not the other way around :)

And as it supports rhel-3 it should already support CentOS-3

actually... it looks like a simple "two second vote" is cast at the root of the url... if they will even matter... only about 306 have been cast by a mouse click so far.
