squid problem - Discuss

      hi friends,
I am using squid-2.5 and from last two days i m getting this error in cache log.
  i have increased ulimit from 1024 to 8192 but still i m getting error.
  pls give me suggestion how to overcome this problem.
[root@gateway ~]# tail -f /var/log/squid/cache.log
