hi, i just posted a few mins before and got two out of office replies. 1. they were direct from people to me. 2. how to deal with this? (delete them without any noise?) :) thanks Raghavendra
I think for item number 2 you just delete them and keep quiet. The alternative is either having them go directly to the list (yikes) and/or having all messages moderated and then having the moderators not approve out-of-office messages (double yikes)

...or using an intelligent out-of-office thingie that does the correct thing and ignores mailing list traffic.
