Dear All, Can anyone can tell me where i can get the documentation of customization of CentOS distribution CD . How to change the stage2.img ? Is it possible to change the title from default kernel to some other name using ksconfig ??

There is not really a guide for that. If you search the web for customizing Fedora, you'll find information on how stage2 can be modified.
The best way to make a new CD though, is to us the anaconda buildinstall script on a new tree.
