The FC6 version works: ftp://rpmfind.net/linux/fedora/extras/6/i386/yum-arch-2.2.2-2.fc6.noarch.rpm
Or rebuild from source: ftp://rpmfind.net/linux/fedora/extras/6/SRPMS/yum-arch-2.2.2-2.fc6.src.rpm

The OT is dealing with earlier versions of CentOS that need yum-arch.
