Hmm, it's not an ACL problem but rather a connection issue. Each successful connection to a msync node also outputs the header with hostname (we have ~80 machines worldwide behind the msync.centos.org fqdn). But in this case, you don't even reach, so what I'd do is : - dig lookup to see which one you'd try to connect to - rsync with some verbose/debug - verify your outgoing firewall rules
